1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to store. Similar browser storage can remember preferences or form entries. This policy describes the public CourtFoundry website; other services you visit have their own policies.
2. What this website currently uses
The website saves your color-theme preference (cf-theme) and analytics choice (cf-analytics-consent) in local browser storage. These values remain until you change them or clear site storage. It does not include optional analytics, advertising trackers, session replay, or third-party media embeds. There are no account or payment cookies because those services are not available on this website.
Contact links open your email app. The website does not store inquiry messages. Your email provider handles messages you send.
3. Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies if a security challenge or other enabled protection requires them. These protections are separate from optional analytics and advertising. Cloudflare describes the purpose and duration of its cookies in its cookie documentation.
Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver the site, even when a cookie is not set. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
4. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or clear cookies and site storage through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking necessary security cookies may prevent a security check from working. The privacy-choice banner saves your analytics preference, but optional analytics collection is currently disabled even when you choose to allow it.
For requests about information you sent by email, visit Privacy Choices. Clearing browser storage does not delete an email conversation.
5. Changes and questions
If optional tracking is introduced, we will update these disclosures and request consent where required before enabling it. For questions about current website storage, email [email protected].
