1. Public website security
The CourtFoundry website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served over HTTPS. It presents product information and email contact links. It does not currently provide customer accounts, accept payments, or store submitted facility records. This statement covers this public website; security commitments for the CourtFoundry application are described separately from this marketing website.
2. Protecting your information
HTTPS protects web traffic in transit. Hosting protections and browser security headers help reduce common website risks, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please do not enter passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records in an initial email.
Our Privacy Policy explains technical request processing and email correspondence.
3. Report a suspected issue
Send a report to [email protected] with “CourtFoundry security” in the subject. Include the affected URL, a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it safely, and its likely impact. Remove personal information, credentials, and other sensitive values from screenshots or examples.
Do not access other people’s information, interrupt the service, or continue testing beyond what is needed to explain the issue. If you encounter exposed sensitive data, stop and describe its location without copying or sending the data itself. The machine-readable contact is available in security.txt.
4. Email transport policy
CourtFoundry publishes an MTA-STS policy for mail addressed to the courtfoundry.com domain. It is currently in testing mode, which does not enforce rejection of mail that fails the policy. This is separate from the published [email protected] contact address and does not provide end-to-end encryption of email.
