Responsibilities and scope
CourtFoundry handles public-site technical information and inquiries for website delivery, security and responding to visitors. A customer may control information in its own product environment; route those requests to that customer or ask us to identify the appropriate channel. This overview is not an executable data processing agreement.
Information, purposes and rights
Contact links open your email application. This marketing website does not submit contact forms, create product accounts, book courts or process customer payments. Product workspaces and facility-controlled records are separate.
Where applicable, rights can include access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent and a complaint to a supervisory authority. Applicable grounds and exceptions depend on the activity. This public website has no optional analytics provider; Privacy choices explains its essential storage and request routes.
Requests and retention
Provide enough context to locate relevant correspondence or a customer environment. Proportionate identity or authority checks may be needed before disclosing, changing or deleting records. Retention requirements and eligible deletion must be reviewed for the records involved; request an explanation of any required retention. No fixed retention schedule or automatic account-wide deletion is represented here.
Hosting, suppliers and processing terms
Cloudflare Pages hosts this public website and provides network security.
A regional deployment does not establish the location of every backup, support session or supplier. Providers may process technical information internationally. Ask for the applicable supplier terms, transfer mechanism, processing agreement, supplier authorization and incident-assistance arrangements for your specific service before relying on them. This overview does not certify a complete subprocessor list or signed DPA.
